Pre-Order Information

At Tidy Tails & Toes Travel Solutions, some of our most popular products are offered on a pre-order basis. This allows you to secure your item from our next shipment before it arrives in Australia.

Pre-ordering ensures you don’t miss out—especially during high-demand periods or limited stock releases.

How Pre-Orders Work

When a product is marked as PRE-ORDER, this means stock has been ordered from our manufacturer and is currently on its way to our warehouse. You can complete your purchase as normal, and your order will be reserved and allocated to you.

Dispatch Timeframes

We only mark products for Pre-Order when they are 2 weeks (or less) away.  

  • Shipment arriving: Within 2 weeks

  • Estimated dispatch: Within 48 hours of stock arrival

If any unexpected shipping delays occur, we will contact you immediately with an updated timeframe.

Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order Items)

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order will be shipped together once all items are available.

If you prefer the in-stock items to be shipped earlier, please Contact Us so we can make arrangements with you.

Payment for Pre-Orders

Full payment is taken at checkout to secure your item.
This guarantees that your product is reserved from the incoming shipment.

Cancellations & Changes

You are welcome to cancel or change your pre-order any time before dispatch.
Simply Contact Us with your order details and we can make changes or provide a full refund.
